Refund policy

Our policy lasts 15 days. The 15 days will be calculated from the date the item was shipped to the customer. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original tags must be on the item. The item should be returned in the plastic garment bag packaging they were shipped in (if applicable).

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. They are as follows: Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate (underwear) or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, gift cards/gift certificates; health and personal care items.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Final Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Sale items will not be refunded/returned. 

All underwear is final sale. 


Gifts

The refund policy remains in place for any items that are purchased as gifts. 

Only the person who originally purchased the item can receive any credit (if issued). 

If gift cards or gift certificates are issued, they are issued to the original purchaser. 


Shipping Returned Items

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 

8391 Road 146, Listowel, ON, N4W 3G8, Canada.

You will be responsible for arranging for shipping any returns and paying the return shipping costs.


Processing Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Refunds will be issued once the product has been received and inspected. 

An email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will have been processed and this will be indicated in the email. 

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.


Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Missing Returned Shipments

Simply Celebrate You will not take responsibility for returned items that have not reached our location. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
